I made jelly the other day.
I poured it into heart shaped moulds.
Orange Mango Jelly
To make 500ml of Jelly.
1 satchet of Aeroplane mix
Add 250ml / 1 cup of hot boiling water
Stir until totally dissolved
Add 250ml / 1 cup of cold water
Stir until properly mixed
Pour into any moulds and let it set in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Tip: this jelly is really jello like not like the agar-agar type that you would get in your local Asian grocer, so put in a mould that would be easy for you to unmould later.
