My favourite dessert book is a Women's Weekly Chocolate recipe book. It has the most beautiful chocolate based recipes, and most are quite simple to make too. Email is kookla123@yahoo.com

The book that I like is by Marcel Desaulniers, a brilliant pastry chef who has once again "bake" up to his standards. Perfection to the finest detail, meticulous in every step. This book is not for the faint hearted. What more can I say the title speaks for itself, they are "Desserts to die for".

"Desserts to die for" by Marcel Desaulniers.

Will personally email you my details.
PS I hope you don't mean 2013... that would be a pretty long wait...

Hey Mae, My favorite sweets cookbook is 'Miette, recipes from san francisco's most charming pastry shop'. It has really scrummy cakes, pastries and biscuits, but the book itself is pretty too with scalloped pages and the recipes have explanations in the margins which I really like. Would love to win this book. Love Annabel Langbein's recipes :)

Some time ago, I was given a copy of the ‘Essential Dessert Cookbook’, which has inspired me to attempt many different desserts, with varying results. It’s my favourite because of the helpful notes on using particular ingredients, easy instructions and tips for embellishments. The book is now embellished itself with splotches of vanilla, smudges of dough, and what not - it's been well used :-)

My favourite cookbook to refer to for dessert/sweet recipes is the Cadbury Chocolate Cookbook. It has some of the best chocolate based sweet recipes ever and they always work out perfectly. I have been fortunate enough to pick up quite a few editions of this at op shops and such. I really love the older recipes from the 50's and 60's.

Cheers Sharon.

Thanks for the great giveaway.
