I've been a tad busy lately...
I've been working 3 days a week and have 2 days of school...
I get pretty tired too...
I know I've not updated much since my last post on Novelty Chocolates
as well as a video on how to temper chocolates, but I have been busy with cakes at school now, will definitely post some soon on that, meanwhile, if you are interested to find out more about my pastry school, you can do so here.
Otherwise, please stay warm, the weather is getting colder each day. At least it is for me, I feel the cool air pierce through my jeans each morning. Of course that happens because I'm already on my way to work in the wee hours in the morning, while all of you lucky people get to snuggle under those warm blankets and fluffy pillows.
Winter is approaching and now would be a good time to make some hot soupy dessert to keep you warm. I've got a recipe just for that!
