Lovely Flowers

I really love flowers.

My favourite flowers are usually Gerberas but I do like Peonies too.

Flowers are so pretty.

Flowers are so refreshing.

Flowers can brighten up your bedside table too.

I have been looking at flowers and thinking what should I have for my wedding.

I would love to be able to buy flowers from a wholesaler. If anyone knows where I can get them in Sydney, please do share.

Happy Monday! :)

Been Itching to Bake

Have you felt this way before? You want to bake or cook something, but just have no idea what?!

Since I got back from New York last weekend, I've been itching to bake. But...I am out of ideas.

When I look at a recipe book or at a photos showing food, it makes me want to go into the kitchen and turn on my oven and start whisking!

Anyway, here are my current cookbooks wishlist that I am dying to get my hands on!

When I first saw this book at a store, I knew I had to get this book but somehow I've not done it yet. This lovely book is filled with cool icy, creamy dessert recipes.

I came across this lil' party book online when I was searching for ideas and inspirations for a birthday-do. This cute book by Teri and Jenny are also the writers on SpoonForkBacon blog. Check them out, their photos are amazing! Can't wait for my book to arrive!

This is THE book that I've set my eyes on since I first visited their bakery in New York. It is always packed and all their goodies always looks so delicious! We kept going back to the bakery throughout our stay in New York. This book has really pretty pictures. I've read reviews where people have given rave reviews and it is the ultimate bible! Can't wait for my book to arrive!

Here are some photos that I took when I was in Bouchon Bakery, NYC.

The Shortbread cookies and their chewy Chocolate cookies were my favourite!

Happy Monday! :)

It's 2013!

Happy New Year guys!

How was your holiday celebration? Busy time wasn't it!

I surely had a brrrrrr-cold Christmas and New Year in New York. Had a white Christmas and watched the ball drop in Times Square NYC.

It's always nice to spend the holiday period with your loved ones.

Have a great 2013 ahead!
