Homemade Roti Canai

To those who lives in Australia would have heard of Poh from Masterchef. 

Anyways, the other day I decided to try out one of her Roti Youtube or from ABC.net recipe.

Roti, is a Malaysia dish. It is a soft dough that is being stretch out and cooked. Most Malaysians have this for breakfast and it usually goes well with Curry or Dahl. But if you know how Malaysians are, Roti is eaten pretty much anytime of the day really.

Soaking the dough in oil overnight

After throwing and tossing the dough around, it was really fun

Time to cook, the square ones are Roti Telur (egg) & the round ones are plain

Time to eat...

Aiyo.. so pitty have to make you worn roti canai.. they have frozen ones selling here.. should have bought it and bring it to australia with you..

hehe...i really wanted to try and make it..it is the satisfaction that I get out of doing it...there are frozen ones here too la..
